You will be sure to be able to please yourself as much as you need, to often sleep in hostel/refuges.., to take advantage of half-board in the lodgings, to take comfortable and more or less long breaks on the road, drink a lot of drinks with friends, to taste the locals specialties and to buy good hiking food without couting.
Restaurant and extra : 30€ (it went up to 66€ in the Pyrénées with the desire to share more drinks and meals with other hikers)
Camping : 30€ (76€ in the Pyrénées for the same reasons)
Food supply : 200€
Transport : 2€ (bus for the resupply)
Pharmacy : 13€ (compeed for blisters/tendon cream)
Gear : 35€ (purchase of walking pole/socks/poncho/shoes..)
Gas : 5€ (230g)
The campsites :
10€ on average, 5€ at least expensive, by dividing the price of pitches with other hikers (this is done a lot on the GR10) and rather 15€ > when you're alone.
The gîtes :
38€ en demi-pension.
The shelters :
20€ per night

7€ unguarded refuge in the alps

Discounts can be obtained with a FFCAM membership card.
The hostels:
53€ on average.
Note : You can also sleep at homestays/on their land by talking to people, going through websites like Welcome to my garden/Couchsurfing/Warmshowers...
Ressuplies :
This greatly depends on your budget and diet. I am vegan, I actually wrote an article on the subject, and it lightens my budget because meat and cheese are expensive. I don't buy freeze-dried (also expensive but practical from time to time), and I pay attention to expensive products (oilseeds, vegan products, etc.)
Note :You can buy meals (like sandwiches) to take away from the gîtes/refuges, it's around 5€-10€
The restaurants :
Fast food (like kebab): between 6€ and12€
restaurant in general : 15€ at lunch 20€ at dinner.
good restaurant : with drinks and dessert 35€-40€
Note : The Crescendo brand, that you can only find in the south of France (there is one in Carcassonne) have an all-you-can-eat menu with vegetables and fries for 4€
The extras :
Drinks without alcohol (perrier mint/cans...) : 2,50€
Draft beers : 6€
Glass of wines : 4€
Fries : between 3€ et 6€
Ice cream : between 2,50€ et 4€
Sandwiches : 6€
French baguette :1,20€
Note : Obviously the price will depends on the location (the Alps are more expensive than the Pyrenees) and the brands (refuges/hostels/terraces...)
The transports :
A small busride usually cost 1€ or 2€
The practice of hitchhiking is widespread in France, don't hesitate to hold out your thumbif necessary.
